004 (IMO) needs some more play testing - the bugzilla connection
still seems disjoint and artificial to me because I haven't yet
seen/used it in action...

005 is tied into the same bugzilla/wiki stuff as 004, and IMO needs
the same prototyping before a firm proposal comes out.

006 and 007 (mailing list usage stuff) are good topics for discussion
on Monday, but as they effect the community interaction, probably
should ripen on ogb-discuss for the week following.

At this point, lets just deal with 008 in the meeting.
