Hi Rich,

On the one hand, it only takes a couple minutes (via command-line) to
setup and issue a new Mailman list.  However...

In my opinion, a separate list isn't called for (at least not yet).
Everyone on the committee is probably already subscribed to
website-discuss; as are most (all?) your potential other subscribers. In
similar situations, we've found that the advantages of taking a
wait-and-see approach (e.g. consolidation, convenience) almost always
outweigh the separate-list-by-default approach. So I'd suggest that unless
the existing website-discuss subscribership is opposed (highly doubtful),
or until high traffic or collective sentiments creates a need for a
separate list (also doubtful), just use website-discuss for now.
