It would be a "good thing" to think about creating an OGB project
where we all could work together on a set of constitutional changes.
Keith has some, I have some, I'm sure others have some...

We /could/ all work on them independently, but the chances of
them being harmonious and beneficial to the whole community
would IMO be less.
