No, that isn't true. Project Indiana is currently sponsored by the
Desktop CG and I don't expect them to change that sponsorship unless
they so desire.

What the Indiana Project and/or SMI chooses to do is not relevant to
the Distribution CG.

I'm not sure where you obtained your conclusions about the Distribution CG.
However, I assure you that the creation of the Distribution CG is a
result of a desire to see more community involvement; not less.
