[ogb-discuss] HOWTO: show the list of your community's contribs and core contribs on the CG's web page

One thing just brought to my attention is that the Yahoo Pipes CSV 
filter seems to be dropping UTF-8 characters so some people (e.g. Erwann 
in the Desktop group) isn't being listed.  :(

I'll see if I can follow-up with Yahoo Pipes folks to see what's wrong.
