PLEASE take PSARC-EXT at Sun.COM OFF this discussion - I have bcc'd it so 
that those on it see this (hopefully last) message.


As per the documentation on proper ARC alias usage here:

The ARC aliases PSARC-EXT at Sun.COM and opensolaris-arc at opensolaris.org 
are NOT the correct aliases for process improvement discussion.  The 
PSARC-EXT/opensolaris-arc alias is for the REVIEW of a specific case - 
that requires the case number in the subject line.  Since this thread is 
not about that please use arc-discuss at opensolaris.org for the ARC 
process improvement parts.
