how's this ...

* participant (new people, observers, participants)
* facilitator becomes OGB liaison (not used much, optional)
* emeritus contributor goes away
* contributor becomes committer (code, content)
* project committer becomes committer (code, content)
* project lead becomes a member (committers who can vote)
* core contributor becomes member (committers who can vote)

Not sure what the membership grades are. Just trying to shorten the list.
