+1, however...

That's only as far as I know from reading all the old ogb-discuss and  
advocacy-discuss archives. Were the CCs made aware that they were  
expected to participate and that they weren't just given the power to  
participate?

So how do you make this work if it hasn't been working?

I don't want to see the CC process become so complicated that the  
benefit is lost. Maybe there is another way...

Where are all the CCs and OGBs? Is this the wrong list? Maybe OGB  
community discussions should be held on the CC list?

I guess if none of the CCs want to speak up regarding the new  
provisions then things are at an impasse until changes are made by OGB  
to insure some type of sustenance.
