Almost. I created the Advocacy Community Group last year by 
consolidating the Marketing Community, the User Group Community, and the 
Immigrants Community. At that time, I also moved the UGs (which were 
random pages and lists) into projects sponsored by the then new Advocacy 
CG. It was always an interim solution (but quite a good one at that) 
pending site upgrades and community re-orgs. I have the entire history 
well documented.
