One other thing I should probably point out: completion of the new 
membership application is a prerequisite for the migration of the ON 
gate outside the corporate firewall.  If I need to make structural 
changes to the data model, I'll need to know as soon as is practicable. 
  I won't need to know the exact database contents, but I will need to 
know the sort of information that will be held in the database, and the 
relationships between it.
