[opengrok] search links broken in 0.6?, small feature request

Hello,
First of all, thanks for this great tool, it rocks!
I have installed opengrok 0.6, but it seems the search links were broken in the default install, or they were created in an unconsistent way, so I had to edit the web.xml file and put something like http://rafb.net/p/tS9KYN70.html I couldnt post it here, since it was interpreted as html code, and there was no option to make it verbatim.
 
Can anyone confirm this bug, and maybe provide an internal fix for the future versions?

And another small feature request: 
Could you somehow add support for going to a specific line just like lxr is doing, and make some jump-to-line html widget in the top of the pages, that make this easier.
