[osol-announce] Update to bugs.opensolaris.org

I released an update to bugs.opensolaris.org today. At present, when 
community members submit bugs they are automatically added to the 
interest list, but with this new version anyone can add themselves to 
interest lists. Being on an interest list will allow you to receive an 
email every time a bug is updated.  To add yourself open the details of 
a bug, scroll down to the bottom, and click on "Add Yourself to the 
Interest List".

Please note that further enhancements to bugs.opensolaris.org are in the 
works and that at this time you can only add yourself but are unable to 
remove yourself from an interest list.  (For the time being if you need 
to be removed from an interest list for a particular bug submit a 
request to website-admin at opensolaris.org.)
