Unrelated to this case...

When can we expect to see some PSARC materials for Duckwater?

So far the only reference for Duckwater is PSARC/2006/247 and it isn't
obvious from that onepager that the scope of Duckwater would cover this.

Or is my searching of PSARC archives not working?
