If I interpret your comments correctly, you are saying that this
project is not making any architectural changes whatsoever.

If that is so (i.e., no publicly usable interfaces were added,
deleted or changed and the behavior of BDB.new is effectively
the same as BDB.old), then what actions or deliverables do you
expect the Architecture Review process to do here? (i.e., you
make it sound like this should have been a simple self-review)
