Doh, I should have mentioned that.  Yes, its minor binding.  (I wonder 
if that should be one of the standard questions that sac_nextcase asks.)

And not just because of trunking.  ndd scripts that use /dev/qfe will 
have to be updated to use /dev/qfeX (where X is the device instance number).
