I don't see any mention of compatibility here, beyond that implied by
the combination of Uncommitted interfaces and Patch binding.
What are the actual changes to autoconf in this case, it surely can't be solely
the version number, but that's all that's mentioned.
Given the Patch binding, I'm assuming you're also going to include
symlinks in /usr/sfw?
