4. Technical Description

Summary

	This project moves GNU tar from /usr/sfw/bin to /usr/bin and
	updates the version from 1.14 to 1.17.

4.1 Details

	The actual binary moves from /usr/sfw/bin/gtar to /usr/bin/gtar.
        A link is left behind from /usr/sfw/bin/gtar to /usr/bin/gtar.
        In addition /usr/gnu/bin/tar will be a link to /usr/bin/gtar.
	There is also a GNU rmt command that will move from
	/usr/sfw/libexec/grmt to /usr/libexec/rmt.
        The GNU tar man page moves to /usr/share/man and an appropriate link
        is placed in /usr/gnu/man.

	Numerous localized message files move from /usr/sfw/lib/locale
	to /usr/lib/locale.
	An info file moves from /usr/sfw/share/info/tar.info to
	/usr/share/info/tar.info.
