	Yup.  That's my point.  Particularly when they lead to questions
	of what are the other related components.
	Certainly we have some idea of chunks of related stuff, 30,000
	individual cases seems the wrong way to do things.
	Perhaps some big picture proposal and then a here's the first
	chunk.  Perhaps you're saying the big picture is alread there.
	"Let's get stuff to where folk will find it" -- Bart's case
	last year, or maybe earlier this year.  I've no objections to
	moving the stuff to where it should have been all along (in
	retrospect), nor that it's self review, it's seeing things that
	appear related coming piece meal.
