	I'm certainly not asking for anyone to be marked down on their
	performance.  Upper management can't be that mico-managing,
	I'd expect they have some sort of end game in mind and have
	layed out an agreed to time line to get that end accomplished.

	Sure.  What's the end game and what are the incremental chunks,
	how do they relate to good architecture......?
