2007/612 Expect 5.43 in SFW

I just saw PSARC/2007/619 (64-bit Tcl/Tk) fly by.  Does expect have 
64-bit support, and does it come for free once the 64-bit Tcl/Tk 
libraries exist?  More generally, does that case affect this one?
