I'm pretty sure I explicitly set TZ on my email submission such that,
for this invocation of their email readers, the discussion would all
take place in my version of real time.  It seems as if there is a bug
somewhere, in that the project team obviously remained in the wrong
timezone even though my email was delivered to them with an explicit
TZ setting:

   % TZ=US/Pacific mailx -s "Re: crontab ... [PSARC/2007/503 ...]" PSARC-ext
