	General advice is to pick the least restrictive release binding
	that fits.  Someone may come up with a compelling business reason
	to backport and fund a project to do so.

	So, does Patch fit here?  (IMO, it seems to.)  Of course the
	project team can choose whatever they wish as long as it fits.
	Does anyone bid Major;-)
