The Power Management and JDS HCI team did review the two sets of
dialogs.  People seemed to agree that the single dialog was too
complicated.  Also the GNOME community has already said that they
won't accept the Ubuntu style dialog upstream, and we would prefer
to follow the GNOME usability guidelines rather than forking the
dialog as Ubuntu has done.
