Would this not be architecturally relevant, if the case is importing 
Volatile or Consolidation Private interfaces? This case does import 
Volatile interfaces (the dated 1.2 versions of GTK+,glib,gdk).

I do note that the checklist says
     Volatile - use check list for approval
but can't find a specific checklist for this.
