Thanks Sagun; An interface table has been added to the spec, which has
been placed in the materials directory.  For those who'd rather no have
to go look, the interface table looks like:

   Interface		Classification		Comments
   ---------------------------------------------------------------
   pcap.3		Uncommitted		API defined in the
   						pcap.3 man page

   -lpcap		Committed		library path

   <pcap.h>		Committed		header file paths
   <pcap-bpf.h>		Project Private
