There's still a desire to put benchmarking tools in /usr/benchmarks, since
many such tools (like filebench and libmicro) have a whole pile of
executables that don't really belong in /usr/bin.  That bonnie++ doesn't
speaks for its ability to live in /usr/bin (and familiarity suggests that
it should), but consistency also suggests it have a presence in
/usr/benchmarks.
