4. Technical Description:
    4.1. Details:

         GOffice is glib/gtk set of document centric objects and utilities. It
         provides various utilities, one of the most important being the chart
         engine used by gnumeric and gnucash.
         
         The main feature of this library is chart plugins. Each plugin is to
         draw one kind of chart. There is an xml file describing the services
         it provides. The plugin itself is loaded only when needed. There are
         eight plugins available: plot_boxes, plot_radar, plot_xy, plot_barcol,
         plot_pie, plot_surface, reg_linear, reg_logfit and smoothing.

         It has load/save documents feature, which essentially calls libgsf[1] APIs.
