I was still waiting on a proper spec as I had asked for so I'm very 
surprised to see this as closed.  The reason I hadn't commented was 
because there is no spec to comment on, just a copy of the top man page.

What is the release binding, interface taxonomy, package name etc.  None 
of that is covered in the man page.

Please mark this case as waiting need spec and provide the above 
information.  None of that was in the original spec either.
