	As the SUPPLIER for the audit interfaces (and I expect to do 
	the contract and move it through), I have no issues with the
	architecture of the case moving on to closing out without the
	contract in place.  I still owe Jim code review and doing a
	contract.  I'll do that as it fits into my schedule, likely
	in the next couple days.  Note that the RM for SUPPLIER will
	be on holiday and not available after today.
