A couple of quick comments, if I may.

I'm assuming there'd be another revision coming with more in sections 4 
and 6 (even if boilerplate), although I'd probably not say more if all 
the above get addressed.  I do have a question out to the project team 
regarding packaging, but that is a separate issue.
