Alias for the PSARC chair?

Probably because psarc-chair mail goes to just the chair.   The
alias, like psarc-coord & others are listed on the internal PSARC
web page at http://sac.eng/arc/PSARC/ if you note the mailto:
link in the "Chair" entry under "PSARC Contact Information".

I don't think that information was ever copied out to the external
site though.
