And it would be nice if Sun Ray Server Software would work with tomcat
as shipped without having to add a bunch of links as is the case now;
SRSS does ship with a tomcat bundle, but I prefer not to have multiple
copies of the same software installed).

The question raised when I asked the SRSS folks about this was "yes that 
would be nice but how about support?"

What level of support can one expect for Tomcat (managed, I think, is the
current value)
