Thanks for the explanation. It sounds like "5.6," even if it did show
up, wouldn't necessarily be a progression of any sort from "5.5."
In that case, I'm happy with the "tomcat55" or even with "tomcat5.5".
Your choice; the name itself isn't really architectural -- the only
issue is capturing the right subset of information there.
