But it doesn't talk about how to use smime_keys.  It talks about a
configuration variable of the same name.  It looks like smime-notes.txt
talks about it a bit.

It helps the ARC, but not the end-user.  I'd *like* to see a stub man page
for each of smime_keys, pgpewrap, and pgpring, but if the various docs that
tell you how to use them end up in /usr/share/doc/mutt (or something),
that's probably sufficient for this project.
