Great!  It seems that the right people are now involved with the
conversation, which is exactly what we (the ARC) would like to see.

_Please_ take this off of ogb-discuss (it has little to do with
governance) and off of psarc-ext (it's not a project review) until you
folks either come to some sort of agreement, or discover that none is
possible.
