Then ARC will need to give a decision I guess. I have pulled the OGB off 
the cc list from this reply, my bad on the previous I just reply-to-all...

If the ARC would approve the mfi to go back at this point, it should 
certainly be tested on all platforms with the standard testing used for 
controllers on OpenSolaris. I do not know what that process is, I am more 
familiar with the nicdrv testing.
