Feedback from the community is:
OCaml has no binary compatibility at all between compiler releases,
not even between point releases. Lablgtk2 is even worse - there is no
_source_ compatibility either.
In this case, the submitter would like to change all interfaces to 'Uncommitted'. If no more concern, I will update the case material tomorrow to mark all interfaces as 'Uncommitted'.
