MTX 1.3.11 [PSARC/2008/457 FastTrack timeout 07/24/2008]

How does it interact with the rest of the SCSI framework?  Does it sit 
above the sgen layer?  Or uscsi, or something else?  (This is just 
wanted for completeness, I think.)
