compiz has two basic requirements:
  1) Xorg server (needed for various extensions such as Composite)
  2) OpenGL with Texture-from-Pixmap extension

SPARC XVR-2500 support is now available for #1, but I think the
SPARC graphics team hasn't yet finished #2 - they'll have to update
their plans for that.
