No. Everything integrating into the Solaris WOS goes into /usr (/usr/bin,
/usr/lib, etc), unless there's an execeptionally good reason to do
otherwise. /usr/sfw is closed, and pretty much nothing can go into /opt.
/opt/sfw is where bits delivered by the companion cd go, but the ARC
generally hasn't had any oversight there, and none of those bits are
delivered with Solaris.
