Sorry, this is my mistake.
/usr/lib/libtasn1.so Volatile Symbolic link
/usr/lib/libtasn1.so.3 Volatile Symbolic link
/usr/lib/libtasn1.so.3.0.15 Volatile Shared library
Spec will be changed accordingly.
