Yes, there could be add-on compatibility issue before the add-ons
upgraded to support Firefox 3. It's good to mention it.

It's mainly the latter reason I believe. As Firefox 3 is close to
release, more and more and-ons are migrating (or will migrate) to Firefox 3.
