As the one that asked offline for Gary to look at this, thank-you.  I 
mostly wanted a sanity check on the permissions/security related aspects 
here (recognizing I'm not an expert with RBAC permissions.)  If Gary is 
satisfied, then so am I.

The case times out later this week anyway, so no undue delay was 
incurred, I think.
