Integrate libdvdnav into Solaris [PSARC/2008/225 FastTrack timeout 04/03/2008]

In speaking with the GStreamer developers, they indicated that libdvdnav
most likely contains IP which requires license to distribute.  Is this
the case?

Has this gone through legal review to determine whether there are patent
issues?
