HTTPS support is a requirement for the kinds of work that I do. We
can always add well known CA certificates but adding HTTPS would mean
a recompile from an end-user perspective. So, as far as my $0.02, I
would prefer that we ship it with HTTPS support included (+ fix the
outstanding bug as soon as we can).
