I think it falls under the same policy as everything else -- if it
conflicts with stuff already in /usr/include (and it's part of the GNU
project), then it should go in /usr/gnu/include. However, since you've
proposed to install under /usr/include/ncurses, then there's no conflict.
I wasn't talking about the include vs library issue -- it's weird, but not
wrong, and I'm not sure if moving the include files to /usr/gnu is any
better -- but the fact that the spec says two different things about where
the libraries go.

Unless there are any objections, consider this case amended; you can make
