PSARC 2008/406 Objective Caml System and LablGTK

This project need to integrate a few static library files (*.a). These 
static library files are required when compiling unison or other 
applications written in caml language. The project team want to know 
whether there is any concerns on integrating static library files at the 
ARC level for this case.

If there is any concern, please let the project team know by 09/22/2008. 
If there is open discussion on this issue by that day, I will extend the 
timer.
