   2.1. Project Description:
        Upgrade of sudo from 1.6.9 to latest stable upstream version
        (1.7.0)

   2.2. Risks and Assumptions:
        This upgrade is upwards compatible. The upstream version adds
        several new flags to sudo and some extensions to the sudoers
        file which are explained in the upgraded manual page delivered
        with this project.

        The upgrade will also fix:
        6776175 SUNWsudor delivers /etc/sudoers.new with broken perms
                when /etc/sudoers already exists before LU
