No.  In fact, we allowed it to time out on the 3rd, and it should have
been marked approved at that point.  It wasn't, and it showed up on
the ARC radar yesterday, so we affirmatively approved it then.

It's the case owner (the fast-track sponsor) who is supposed to stay
on top of this.

Wyllys: please update this case.
