Update to GNOME 2.26 media applications [LSARC/2009/202 FastTrack timeout 04/03/2009]

Now that "LSARC 2009/201 Update to Brasero 2.25" has been approved, I
have updated the LSARC 2002/202 materials to reflect the changes
made to the brasero case.  An updated one-pager is attached.

I have reset the timer to 04/28/2009.  Note that the desktop team
would like to integrate these changes with GNOME 2.26 which is going
into build 115.  To meet this deadline, could this case be approved
by the 28th?

I am expecting that this case will be non-controversial since it only
adds the same changes which were approved for brasero, so that they
are also applied to the sound-juicer application.  This case also
highlights some minor changes to the totem and rhythmbox plugins.
